After every booking:

During your booking we kindly ask that you wipe down all surfaces and toys after you use them, much like you would at a gym. We have three conveniently placed sanitiser stations around The Barn and Beer Garden area to make this easy for you. (please place all used toy in the cleaning bin once you have finished with them)

Of course, the entire venue undergoes a comprehensive manual clean, covering all surfaces, furniture, and touchpoints at the completion of your booking.

We then use UV-C sterilisation lights to sanitise the entire space, killing 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including those invisible to the eye. These are used in hospitals, surgical theatres and dentists.

All toys and equipment are wash for 30 minutes at extremely high temperature with a sanitiser solution before they are placed in a dedicated UV-C sterilisation chamber to ensure they are fully disinfected before being stored or reused.

This dual approach — deep manual cleaning followed by UV-C sterilisation — makes The Barn cleaner than many hotels or medical clinics. It is part of our commitment to providing a space that feels not just intimate and private, but truly safe.
